Currently work at a job that could easily be done from home. Employer currently allows 4 employees to WFH due to “living an hour away and children”. The ones that wake up earlier and use their gas to come in everyday don't receive any recognition except an occasional door dash lunch once a month. To add insult to injury the ones wfh received an additional 150 a month for internet and electricity usage.. When it was brought to the employers attention about at least a hybrid wfh schedule for everyone it was met with, “that is not going to happen”.
