Employer retracting $2500 Sign-on offer.

I started working for an employer mid February with the original offer of a $2500 sign on offer as well as hourly compensation. The sign on offer is paid out over 120 days. 500 at 30, 1000 at 90 and the finale at 120 days. Now two months into employment they have now stated that they are revoking the sign on offer for all new employees but will increase hourly rate by $1.50. I have gathered a few coworkers frustrated with this and we have all found that we do not have the original document showing details about the offer. For new hires the employer still shows the the sign on offer. I'm afraid to throw to big of a fit being in a right to work state but also feel like the number of hours I would have to work to earn my sign on offer compared to the…
