Does anyone have a reference for where I can find a questionnaire to review my boss/ place of employment as opposed to an annual employee review for me. Or if anyone has questions they think would be helpful to ask/answer in regards to employee satisfaction. I'd like to flip the idea on its head and give them some feedback. They're a small company and I don't think they're bad people I just think they prioritize the needs of the company over the needs of the individual 90% of the time and I think there should be a bit more balance. Maybe it's not worth my energy but I'd at least be interested in questions to rate them on even if it's for my own personal recognition of whether it's worth working somewhere or not.
