I recently accepted a job that required a week long training. All fees and costs were covered. The emailed offer letter(no document, just an email) says that we would be brought on as full time 35-40 hours and that we have to stay for a year or we’d have to pay back costs. The past couple weeks I have barely been getting 30 hours. What I’m wondering is that if I do leave before 1 year, would I need to pay back training costs since they first haven’t provided me enough hours?
