At my review in December my boss let me know I would be eligible for the retirement contribution for 2022. I was really really happy. It would have been my first ever contribution officially to “retirement” Turns out I am not eligible until next year and they screwed up. Found out over a random conversation too, and their response was just, “whoops we screwed up. Sorry.” Just a stupid fucking disappointment before the weekend.
