Employer Tells My Partner She Can’t Drop This Client Until He Says Something “Inappropriate”

My partner (F20s) works from home and has to call with clients regularly, she recently started calling with this new client that’s an absolute red flag. Before their first call he tried to find her personal Instagram account based off her email, asking something along the lines of “Are you a 30something year old mom and coach from ___?” (This wasn’t the right Instagram thank god haha) Then throughout the call kept making jokes etc and saying things like “guess I have to work on my jokes for our next date!” He then emails saying something along the lines of “can’t wait for our next date and to talk to you again” and calls her by nickname She told her manager as this is making her extremely uncomfortable and asked if she can not call with him anymore as she’s super creeped out and her manager basically said “unfortunately you…

My partner (F20s) works from home and has to call with clients regularly, she recently started calling with this new client that’s an absolute red flag.

Before their first call he tried to find her personal Instagram account based off her email, asking something along the lines of “Are you a 30something year old mom and coach from ___?” (This wasn’t the right Instagram thank god haha)

Then throughout the call kept making jokes etc and saying things like “guess I have to work on my jokes for our next date!”

He then emails saying something along the lines of “can’t wait for our next date and to talk to you again” and calls her by nickname

She told her manager as this is making her extremely uncomfortable and asked if she can not call with him anymore as she’s super creeped out and her manager basically said “unfortunately you have to until he says something inappropriate”

By my knowledge referencing a meeting as a date, trying to find personal info and talking about how you can’t wait to talk again is inappropriate enough right!?
