There is a new policy that is drawing scrutiny from lawmakers and labor bureaus in America. The forced repayment of “training” should an employee quit. I'm curious to know if any of you have had this threatened/actually seen it in action. How are they enforcing TRAPs? How much are they saying their “training” (onboarding) is worth?
