They hired someone off the street for the position and then sent her an email about how they “always try to hire internally but had to go with someone with more experience”
It’s bullshit. These companies are ran by fucking idiots. They bitch and complain they can’t find or keep good employees. Well motherfucker, this is why. I told her to put in her notice and tell them exactly why.
