I've got a class that I have to take called employment seeking methods and all the stuff they're telling us we need to do and be careful of is just the shortcomings of the companies hiring and their inability to not be nosy little fucks who care about their employees personal, off-hours lives.
If I post on social media “I think that poor people should probably not live in abject squalor, and should probably deserve a good place to stay and 4 square meals a day” and an employer doesn't like that, they can just not hire me, without any recourse, I might not get a way paying job because some fuckhead can't understand empathy.
Furthermore, as long as I don't do anything illegal, It shouldn't matter what I post on social media
