A few days ago, I had posted that I was getting ready to negotiate a salary increase with my HR department. They said they couldn't afford to pay me what I was asking for and hire a new Employee Health nurse, so they offered to make me the EH nurse and pay me what I had initially asked for. I quit because they are asking me to take on a bunch of new responsibilities for the pay that I should be getting at my current job. Thankfully, it's not hard for an LPN to find work.
