Hi everyone I post here just to know if it’s me being a prick or my boss.
I change country for working with a friend who owns a restaurant.
He told me to come I’ll have my Sunday Monday and Tuesday off and 2k per month as salary. When I arrive I was being paid 1k8 and working on Tuesday. We went into a small fight but now I am at 2k but still working on Tuesday.
We work both together in the kitchen. He refuse to do the dishes and the cleaning most of the time because “he has done enough” because he works in the hospitality since 10 years.
When it’s time to close the kitchen he goes outside smoke his joint and have drinks which really trigger me a lot because I have to close the whole kitchen by myself and do the dishes.
He take two days off per week and leave me to the lead kitchen (4 out of 7 in total).
If he was a random owner I would have already told him to F off and find some else but he is my friend. I have worked in Michelin restaurant and used to have a very work atmosphere.
So is it me that is wrong or him ? I need an outside looking. Cheers
