Hi I work for a small company and last year I had only been there a few months when I took a pre planned annual leave which they allowed but as I’d only been there 3 months they said I’d only built up 5 days of it. Fine. Pass forward a year later and I’m told the day I’m going on a 2 week trip I won’t be paid for it as I haven’t built up my Holliday yet. Is this a thing? I’ve never had this before as I just get the 4 weeks to take whenever I want? Not had to build them up before? Tia
