Coming from the top they are forcing all trainers to do extra 15 minutes to each class. I know 15 minutes does not sound like a lot but if you are an instructor and teach 4 classes a week. That’s an hour a week. 4 hours a months. This is a luxury gym that charges an average member fee of 200 dollars and it cannot pay its labor force while raising its executives’ pay. Sorry enough of my rant!
