Every job I have worked I have been sexually harassed or assaulted examples of this is dudes on a daily basis asking me if I have on panties or bras on, what color, what size extra. I have had dudes grab my tit and grab my ass, I have also been jumped at work for reporting a coworker for selling drugs and physically assaulting me when I refused to take or buy drugs. I have been in a situation where I had to tell a manger about my mental disability and was told we don't do excuses here, when a formal request for accommodations was made to Hr I was immediately given the option to sign a non disclosure with a larg sum of money and walk away or be put in an area where no women is put due to the dudes being overly aggressive to females sexual harrasment extra, the same company fired me and said that they wouldn't of hired me if they knew I was disabled. I am currently sueing them for discrimination with the recordings. I have also been denied work opportunities because “I don't know how to feel about a woman on the job” or “I don't have anywhere for a women to pee”. I have been set up for failure at work and denied promotions due to “you are not old enough for this position “. I have been purposely given 1$ less an hour then somone my same age/ race but no experience where I had 5 years experience, then reprimanded for asking for “talking about wages ” when I was given a pay slip from a Co worker bragging that men are more valued. That same company gave me a 1$ raise to be on “equal terms” but the guy also got a 1$ raise the same day and no one else got a raise, they literally made shure I made less just because I'm a woman. It doesn't matter how much I out preform everyone, it don't matter how good my work is. This this system is fucked up and I'm done, I have no hope in working for anyone. Every job I have had has just targeted me for any reason just to keep me down. I attended school for a trade and I still get nowhere with it cuz im a woman, I attended college for a degree and still I'm told I hold no value unless I work as an intern for free for more then a year to gain experience. I'm done, all of it I am done. I'm waiting for my court date to settle so I can use the money to start flipping houses for single family homes but with quality work not that cheap shit. It's the only thing keeping me going.
