I am currently working in a normal blue collar job and I am trying to change careers to working from home. I've been applying sending out 10 to 30 resumes daily to various sites on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other remote job search boards. I get rejected by the vast majority of them and even the WFH jobs that barely have any requirements don't want me for whatever reason.
When I do get a response back I am skeptical because I feel like they are usually scams. Most of the time they want me to do a interview over text, or download Telegram, or ask me to pay to get my credit score. I just want them to set up a time in a interview and do a job over Zoom. I desperately want to work from home and I am so sick of these companies trying to scam me. I am starting to feel like true work from home jobs don't exist or only offered for people who work in the office for a log time.
