Every Work Day is Just a Struggle to Not Walk Out

Anyone else relate? I am looking for some solidarity mostly. Every day at work now I feel so on edge that I am mostly trying to control my anger and not walk out the door permanently at the slightest grievance. Like most Americans, I am burnt out. My direct manager is pretty good to me, and that is realistically one of the only reasons I haven't walked out the door. (Aside from needing to survive/food/shelter). The people above him have caused me problems in the past that led to meltdowns. So here I am on my lunch break, trying to calm down and make it through another day in my cubicle.
