Because of inflation, our company decided to give everyone a raise of 3%. They said it's lower than the inflation rate but they can't afford more than 3%. My question is: how is that fair? A person making 50k/year surely need and should get a bigger percentage bump than the CEO, who's already making more than enough to survive the inflation?
