Myself (25m) and my gf (23f) currently bring home around 175k/year pre-tax. We plan to buy up about 1-1.5 acres of land, build ourselves a home and rent out part of the property as a campground.
Without going into too much detail we could create about 5-6 solid revenue streams from this land, which would cost about 115k total.
This would allow us to quit both our jobs, and build something for the two of us. As we begin to become profitable we would slowly accumulate the surrounding plots of land to grow our property.
Curious if anyone has any thoughts/suggestions or obvious pitfalls we may have overlooked? All advice appreciated.
