Expanded Role and no promotion? Thanks, but no thanks. Asked for a promotion and was told to “trust the process”. Asked what the process was, was told “it’s undefined”. Gave it a chance for a few months. Interviewed elsewhere last week and had a better offer for a better position a day later.
