I interviewed for a role in the Healthcare industry that fits what I am looking for. It's a top 5 Healthcare company. Did 2 interviews, both went great. Really built rapport with hiring manager, got a bunch of referrals from my network that they work with. During those interviews, was told that I am what they are looking for, only one that is license and have previous experience. Pay can range from 53k min to 68k max, both with incentives. They asked me if I was okay with that range, I am. Got an offer, expecting to get at least middle if not close to max. They offer me the minimum…what a fricking slap in the face. I go back with a counter asking them to raise it…would 55k + incentives work? WTF?
