Exploiting the over time loop holes is getting really old

I cant tell you how many times I have worked 6+ days in a row for my company with out seeing a LICK of overtime. for years I would work the last 5 days of the schedule, just for the next schedule to have me on for 1-5 more consecutive days, none of which qualifies for overtime because they were “separate work weeks” and no days off in between schedules. basically 56 hours in 7 days with no over time.. a few months ago was finally able to get through to my newly appointed front office supervisor who I used to work side by side with, but now its happening to a lot of the new employees, especially the ones working full time. It is Disgusting, and I am convinced it is encouraged by higher ups because of how often and how long its has been happening and the fact…
