“Family culture” is why they want workers back in the office

I think I get it. They want us back in the office because it’s easier to foster the “family culture” that promotes abusing the employees when you are working shoulder to shoulder with your coworkers…. If they can foster a culture that makes you look at your coworkers as “the company” it’s much easier to take advantage of their work force. No one wants to hurt their innocent coworkers…. That’s why they want everyone back… so they can keep their antics
