Most of my job is behind a computer but due to the nature of my industry, sometimes I need to actually be present for physical tasks. For the most part I don't mind. I go in twice a week, get a lot of manual work done, get some good chats in with colleagues, catch up with my manager, play with the dogs etc.
But the BEST part is…. The amount of fkn pee on all the toilets. It forces me to do this little squat pee thing and then wipe the toilet so the next person doesn't think it was me. I just don't get that at home.
In all seriousness, man oh man people are GROSS. I heard someone clipping their fingernails at their desk and then… SWEPT THEM ON TO THE CARPET. Like who does that? Doesn't we all know this is not something to do outside of home? We have a dishwasher and an office coordinator who makes sure to run it and put the dishes away… And people still somehow leave dirty dishes in the sink, on the counter BESIDE the dishwasher? I don't get it.
Happy to currently be in my clean, quiet home until tomorrow lol.
