I am in a bit of a dilemma and I need some advice. I have been put on a huge project and I have always been of the opinion that you should not have to work weekends and long hours no matter what the customer prefers. Lately I have been taking on so much extra responsibility because this project is being slated as a do or die scenario to meet this deadline. The problem comes in when I cannot get any support from my coworkers to get this done.
I’ve grown so bitter despite loving everything about what r/antiwork stands for. Any advice for a worker bee who doesn’t want to turn into their handlers?
