So I submitted a formal complaint against my Gov't supervisor with my company. He's been treating me like sh!t since is first started three years ago. This is my third complaint against the guy. The manager at my company recently assumed the role, so I gave him the back story of my issues. He says he'll look into it and get back to me. Next day he calls me and says “I spoke with ___ and he said that you aren't pulling your weight over there. He's done a lot of favors for you but you never want to do any favors for him…” Are you F'ing serious!? I told him I even have signed statements from my coworkers supporting my grievances. I'm so furious, I almost quit right then! Just waiting on some call backs from my interviews. Then I'm gonna gtfo as soon as I can. Any advice on how I can stick it to my asshole supervisor before I walk out the door? Thanks
