So basically if you look at the employee reviews for my job, all of them say the same thing. “NEEDS A NEW MANAGER” “needs better pay” “needs more respect”. I completely agree with this and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Basically 90% of the place feels the same way. Our boss belittles us, manipulates us, and hands us shit for gold.
Well, 5 managers and 2 workers just all put in their 2 weeks after our boss verbally assaulted one of them. They’ve all had enough, I have had enough. I am so thrilled that this is finally happening. The owner of this small business needs to realize what a twisted piece of shit this guy is. It’s always the individual’s problem, but this is clear proof that it’s way much more than that for workers. It’s the boss who abuses us that sucks.
Our labor should be valued. Our labor shouldn’t be taken for granted. If it is taken for granted, we shouldn’t work there.
