Feeling grateful working at my current workplace.

I have been scrolling this sub reddit for some time. It definitely reminded me of the former company I have worked for; the way we were treated as employees was so toxic and unprofessional that most workers had left this company in a short span of time. If a company doesn't give but only takes, that is a HUGE red flag imo, they don't value their employees as human beings but as money making machine to gain more profit. As the title suggests, I am currently working for a company that is very fair towards their employees, the wages are fair, we receive enough vacation days, employees have the chance to submit ideas and suggestions about their workplace and the conditions. Overall, I am very happy to work for this place because I feel appreciated for what I am doing everyday at work, and that means a lot to me.

Of course, no company is 100% perfect and it doesn't have to be. My post here is just a reminder not only for myself but maybe for someone else, that there are good companies out there as well.

Take care and know your worth.
