Dear fellow Redditors,
I'm working as a kindergarten teacher since three years now, I'm really working my ass off, usually I work from 07:00-18:00 and in the weekends as well without any over time payment. I didn't get any bonus or higher salary throughout the years, despite the high inflation here.
Last year I got a new colleague who has less qualifications than me (I'm a certified teacher, he isn't). This guy doesn't seem to bother about doing anything helpful at work and works just <40 hours per week. On top of that my colleague was allowed a 1 month paid holiday and I'm not. Today I found out that he got hired with a 25% higher salary than me and I'm absolutely furious. Someone in the office was stupid enough to let me sign an attendance sheet with all salaries next to our names. I feel betrayed by my boss and feel so demotivated to work right now. My plan is to stop working over time and let them deal with all the sh%t.
I took a photo of the attendance sheet and I'm not sure whether I should surprise my boss with a visit. What would you guys do?
Ps. Sorry for the rant but I just had to get this off my chest.
