90 percent of complaints about bosses on this forum are about a “she”.
Most of you are not going to like it but the reality is woman were never evolutionary designed to be in any kind of authority position except as a mothers over children. Woman aren't emotionally stable, look at the hormonal changes + they get periods. They can be so easily tricked by corporate propaganda and are naturals at sucking up to authority. Companies love them. Most woman will never truly respect anybody who works under them, as long as they act on their instincts.
Everybody knew it for thousands of years but this knowledge was “forgotten” and is one of the main reasons for the current decline and toxic workplaces.
I know there will be someone in the comments saying I met a great woman boss and a horrible male boss, of course there are exceptions with regards to how a person feels, exceptions don't invalidate the whole general idea automatically.
(I don't think woman are stupid, or morally inferior to man, I don't support any kind of tyranny directed towards woman)
I met great woman in my life, and the notion that just because in my view, just like the majority of people, they are not fit for any professional authority position, makes them somehow generally worse people is work propaganda. It is based on the assumption that a person's value comes from their job or the status that comes from the job.
