So I work in a tire shop within a store and we’re short one person part time there’s a girl who said she was interested in the job and that she’s worked in the oil field so she’s use to lifting heavy objects and working day to day physically so we told her she can apply and we’ll be more than happy to have her well after she asked the manager over us who is a female said they didn’t want her to do mens work when before I got hired and before she was over us the shop had a female before working just like the rest of us it’s pretty fucked up and sexist and at that the manager Over us is a complete asshole she comes in the shop and makes us do other peoples jobs around the store when they call in making us short handed then she yells Saying we don’t keep our shop clean or we’re too lazy last month every one of my coworkers we’re pissed off because the lead in our shop always made the schedule for more than 20 years and it was perfect he had it set up where we were never short handed and everyone got hours then she out of nowhere takes over saying she has to do them because he isn’t allowed to and fucks us all up putting us at different times messing with our days off and making us short handed they fired one of my co workers the other day because they couldn’t work with his school schedule when all he needed was morning shift and there was someone willing to trade shifts with him she’s the only reason why the job fucking sucks it’s a good job she’s out for vacation and everyone’s been doing good work the Morale is good and the second manager who usually yells at us with her is actuallly nice to us and asks us instead of yelling to help out when she needs it I swear to god one of these fucking days imma explode on her and that’s not even the end of it all there’s so much she’s done I’m amazed they even keep her as manager but that’s all it is where I work if you kiss ass you get promoted faster if you don’t listen and do your job like you’re suppose too they’ll just see you as lazy dumbest shit ever
