My fiancés boss said she talked to corporate and got her a $2K raise from $40K to $42K a couple weeks ago. Corporate agreed to it but she hasn’t seen an increase in pay on her paychecks. Her boss calls her today and told her that she’s taking the raise back because of “poor results.” She’s exceeding all of her goals so I know that’s a bullshit excuse. She has texts saying corporate agreed to the raise as well. What would you all do in this situation? Anything she can do?
