Hi everyone, early last month i filed a complaint against my female boss for bullying and sexual harassment. The outcome was they are still “investigating” the problem.. seems to me like they are trying to avoid the issue instead of addressing it and firing her.
They want me to go back to work.. working with her even though i made that complaint “they cant find someone to cover” load of bs.
Whats annoying me the most is my coworkers jumping on the group chat wishing her a happy birthday and talking to her as if she didnt fuck up.. So hypocritical in my opinion 🤔
