Employer did not pay and now owes me like 10k apparently because of fines. we had a settlement meeting the other day and they offered (this is my family member btw posting on their behalf). Like 1.5k. Seems low to the total value. anyone has experience on hearings? My family member would like to know if going through that hassle is worth it and if they would even get the full amount.
