Boss makes me go through an evaluation(one had never been done before until I asked for a raise and it because a thing which is 100% fine. Was told all the time for the last year n half that pay raises were coming and just finally got frustrated and told them I needed a pay raise or at least the evaluation asap. 1 week passes and nothing. 2 weeks of me bringing it up everyday , I finally get the evaluation and a f***ing 50 cent raise. All they did was match minimum wage really. I look on indeed to see they are starting out new employees for what I am just now getting paid.
Found a better job I’m starting next week that pays good, hard debate is , I’m on my 10, do I say fuck this place or just stay for the next 2 days
