So I've been working at this company for a little over a year now (got in through a contract house) and my contract house is extremely unprofessional. I haven't heard from them since Feb and I finally heard back about my yearly review for a raise. They had told me they reached out to mt recruiter and the manager at accounting yet haven't heard anything back. Well now I finally got my papers to get hired in (have a glowing resume which I'm over qualified for the position I'm currently in) and they said I'm going to be on salary for $19.25 where as I was making $17.95 at my contract. I never was able to get my yearly raise before recieving my papers to be hired in and I haven't signed them yet. How would I go about talking to the manager regarding a solid pay rate of $20/hr salary?
