Fire the newbie keep the family

So I work at a pretty big chain company, I'm employed in their manufacturing team. So you'd think with a well know multi-million company you'd be employed with other strangers or whatever. No, no the mangers daughters, cousins, boyfriend, friends, girlfriend are all hired there. It's harder to find out who isn't related. Anyway when I was first employed people would always ask me who I knew and were surprised I was employed without the recommendation of a family member. After working here for close to a year, I had to work so hard and deal with such unnecessary bull and I'm always on the cutting block with this company. They have an extremely high turnover rate and its not because people quit. They terminate anyone who isn't apart of the “inner circle” and can't meet their ridiculous KPI's. Trust me, when I'm boxing with a team leader or family…

Trust me, when I'm boxing with a team leader or family employee I'm 100% faster (which is the only reason I'm still employed).

Its just not fair at all, people who are family get better hours, they get employee of the week, they get leadership positions. They get have set hours while I get spoken to because I cannot do a 2am shift.

Few examples the shift managers son only works one day a week on a Sunday (so that's an extra 1.4% pay increase). He is the SLOWEST person I have ever met.

Another example my friend was fired because she was apparently “too slow” while another team leaders daughter is on her phone and chatting with other employees. I have gotten yelled at for “chatting too much” I'm packing boxes there's not alot to do.

My dog died and I took two days off and it came up in my employee review for taking too much time off for work. I have taken 3 days off, one because I threw up on myself on the way to work and 2 because my dog.

Everyone who's been fired had no known relationship with anyone else and the people who are left work their asses off not to be fired. How can such blant nepotism Happen in such an industry. Also everyone has casual positions and they refuse to let anyone go part time so they can continue to terminate people and all that jazz. There's alot wrong and I'm just in it for a nice pay check but it still pisses me off.
