Fired for COVID illness time off – any recourse? Plus wage theft claim

Industry and some details changed. I was hired as a technician for a small firm in May, and was hired on a tiered salary scale that was supposed to up over 90 days incrementally until I was at the wage I originally asked for when I was hired, kind of as an “introductory” period thing. It's been 5 months, and my partner who handles our finances informed me that my wage hasn't yet increased from my starting wage and that all my paychecks have been the same since I was hired. I recently was out of work for two weeks due to developing COVID (first time), which sucked but my firm seemed to work and roll with it, and offered sick time on the contract, however, my last paycheck was short by 40 hours. I went to my supervisor to see if I could get the issue corrected, and also mentioned to underpayment of my wage and how I'd like to have a meeting with the owner to rectify the situation. He agreed and said we would talk tomorrow (today).

We didn't end up meeting today, and now my supervisor is telling me not to come in tomorrow and that they'll “be in touch”. I'm in PA. What's my recourse here? This seems fucked six ways to Sunday and me and my partner are currently looking at contacting the labor board. Any thoughts appreciated.
