Was let go today because I was apparently only hired because of my “bubbly personality” and if I'm not gonna “act happy”, they don't want me there. No warning, no write up. Just boom no job. Wasn't aware my personality even mattered since I was great at my job. As a person recently diagnosed and currently struggling with a mental illness, do I have a case against this?
