As the title suggests my now ex plumbing boss was looking for a way to fire me as I had called him out for paying below award, forcing daily OT etc. With his inflated ego damaged his genius solution was to claim that I was not wearing a high viz vest on site (while neither he nor any others were) while he operated a diesel excavator inside a small shop. What's crazier is that he yelled at me to shut the door after I opened it and set up a fan in an attempt to vent the room marginally. The headache was both literal and metaphysical. Hope he learns before someone dies.
