I was fired from my job this last Friday because I recorded the new manager being abusive towards me. She yells at everybody and is just rude in general. My first week she told my coworker she “couldn't stand me” and told my coworker I was racist. That was before she became manager. Every person in that department has had an issue with her. We spoke to head of ops about her and he said just he had a soft spot for her. When I was fires they said I “didn't fit in with the culture”. I now am financially insecure and feel like I will not find another job. At will employer states suck.
