Just got fired from the company, once again for “not being a good fit” simply based on the fact that one hotheaded team lead couldn’t visibly control her anger in tough situations. Ended up having to simply correct a simple mistake I made and ended up not liking me in my third week of training. Every staff member ended up completely ignoring me while 3 feet away. Can’t seem to work anywhere and be yourself at the same time, always have to do everything at perfection. This is one of my recent jobs that I have been fired from simple for not being a good fit or not able to learn fast enough, isn’t that the point of training and learning? It’s just so tiring to keep going through this and changing my personality.
