So I’ve been working at this small business with some friends for around 7 months. Within 4 months most of them were let go and the owner would tell the staff they just stop showing up come to find out that wasn’t the case. 2 weeks ago the owner emailed me saying we were temporary closing but he would pay for me for the week. Two weeks later I see a post for my job and they’re back open. I would’ve been fine if he told me I’m fired before hand then I could’ve looked for another job. But I finding out via Facebook and not responding to any of my emails and texts is another thing. Is there anything I can do?
