I knew PTO is paid time off and I’m only permitted so much of that, but why can’t I take a week off unpaid? I came into this job telling them I have 2 trips planned, and once I finished orientation they told me HR only approved 1, so I had to cancel the other. Is this how people are living? With 2 weeks off a year total?
