Was offered 2 weeks UNPAID vacation. My boss is also expecting his first child around the same time and offered to let me work from home for 1 week. (If he wasn’t having a kid as well I wouldn’t have been offered this) I’m about to have my first kid and I will likely go in to work instead of taking the week off as I can’t afford to lose out on a weeks worth of pay. Complete horse shit. This is with a big company as well that prides itself on culture and work life balance. Can’t wait to leave this place
