First Offer letter in months comes with a catch

I have been applying for work from home jobs for about 6 months now, nothing less than $15 an hour, and benefits must be available within 30-90 days of employment. I have received mostly scams and nothing worth my time and effort. Well a couple days ago I finally got a job offer for $17 an hour, work from home, benefits available at the 90 day mark. So what is the catch? Webcam and Mic must be unmuted at all times during entire shift and no one can be allowed to interrupt you in that space even a single time. This is difficult for me only because I am an advocate for privacy at home, and while I understand that these policies are put in place for consumer protection and contracts. I wish it was just reasonable for them to see how well I work without constant supervision and go…

Otherwise, I guess it’s not super important. I am just tired of constantly feeling monitored and advertised to.
