hi! I'm sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but I just wanna make sure I don't get screwed over. I'm probably going to be quitting my job because of my boss and the physical pain it puts me in being more than I can maintain.
I'm a part timer at a retail store, only been working there a few months w/ no benefits. If I put in my two weeks, saying I'm leaving because of health reasons, what's likely to happen?
again, apologies if this seems like an uneducated question, im autistic and I have a really hard time understanding social interactions I haven't had before. I know they can't like… say no, but I'm worried they'll really try and keep me on because we're very understaffed (even tho its their hiring limits that makes the job more than I can handle) and Ill feel pressured to stay. is that common?
