As the title states(flying a sign aka panhandling or using cardboard to make a sign saying; I’m homeless please help)
I did it over 2 different days. From 1-2 the first day and 10am – 12:00pm the second day. It was about 3 hours of flying total and just barely walking to show myself and my sign. I will state also I am a white male. I got ~200$ in those 3 hours, one lady gave me 40$ at once. And had multiple give 20s.
Does this count as work? Doubt it lol. Panhandling is great. Some (usually other white males) would stop and say “get a job,” I’d be like “ok” or “I already have one,” depending on the flow of traffic. One Indian male stopped and said get a job and I told him I have one and he said he was going to stop and help but he never did lol.
I’m not being racist this is just easiest way to identify someone using race as characteristic.
