fmla retaliation?????

I work for an International company with over 250000 employees. I work from home for a major American Auto line in the safety services corporate offices. I began FMLA leave on 2-4-22 and was scheduled to return on mar 23. So During that time some “Deleted” my employee id and all my accesses had been removed I found this out just the week before my return as I went to log in just to check some things and do some clean up in email. I raised the roof and my access was granted. I became ill once again and had to extend my leave until April 4. On Mar 28 I once again to clean up email and such. GUESS WHAT??? MY EMPLOYEE ID had once again been deleted.AGAIN. Last Thur someone was able to make me a new ID. And I was told smooth sailing. I went to log…

MY EMPLOYEE ID had once again been deleted.AGAIN. Last Thur someone was able to make me a new ID. And I was told smooth sailing. I went to log in on 4-4 and “YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO USE THIS SYSTEM” I called IT ad was told that my new ID needed to be activated by my manager. So as of today. STILL NO RESOLUTION!

All this time since Feb, I have been getting documents to return my equipment. I had reported that to HR –was told to disregard those notices .

Now I know that this on many levels is against FMLA Federal Law. So all This week I have literally been in constant contact w HR IT and Mgmt in my dept I have maintained all communications by email and text and recorded phone calls.

I have documentation showing that i was terminated on two occasions during my FMLA coverage period. I have their admission of the accidental termination in email. And now with this ID thing and still having no resolve, I am seriously feeling as though this is a method of “retaliation”.

So now because I was ill and unable to work with all the symptoms of covid for the past 6 months; ALL of my bills have fallen behind and on Wed my water will be turned off, I am expecting a repo notice on my house any day. I noticed someone in china posted on fb “down to 6 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers…” I wish I could send that person a pic of my cabinets. He'd be sending me food (said jokingly)

Yes I have exhausted all my resources. I have, however “requested to be compensated for this whole week that i have sat in front of the computer emailing, making phone calls, texting, researching. I have signed up for SNAP and my interview is Monday. Now I am literally in the negative with my bank account, my electricity is really behind, my internet (for work-no less) and they will probably be going to. the STICKY thing here is that my ability to sign up for assistance is the fact that I am still considered employed full time.

Oh, did I mention I have PTSD, am a veteran, and have been a single mom for over 25 years, still one in school.

I am falling apart here because of this illness and because of my job.

If anyone knows where I could get some immediate assistance PLEASE SEND ME DIRECTION, SUGGESTION ADVICE–ALL ARE WELCOME!
