Food delivery and grocery shopping apps have just created more shitty jobs for people trapped in capitalist servitude.

I can see if someone isn't capable of shopping or can't go out to get food for some reason, but that's not the majority of people that are using the apps. People will argue that it's “innovation” or “at least it's creating jobs”. Yeah, jobs where you have an underpaid servant, that most likely doesn't even have health insurance etc, come bring you your food that you most probably could have gotten yourself, People were doing it themselves before these apps. Maybe soon they will have an app where you can order people to come feed you after they bring your food. Maybe they can also gently fan you with a giant palm leaf while they tell you how pretty you are. I'm sure there are plenty of people that disagree…but to me it's just more classism and exploitation.
