I’ve always been on the grind and trying to keep good relations with former employers.
Yesterday I quit a new job (one month) without notice. It was a marketing manager position for a retail corporation. The job was not panning out as described. To top it off, my previous job (which I really liked and left for more money) wants to give me a raise to get me back.
I finally did something selfish and for me and quit without notice.
These large companies will survive just fine without us. Value yourself!
